Ingredients:
1 loaf sourdough or other rustic bread.
4-6 Tomatoes (heirloom is great for this) 🍅
1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbspoon red wine vinegar
2 cloves minced garlic
Salt and pepper
Instructions.
1. Cut bread into chunks/cubes, great way to use up leftover or day old. Toast at 450 for
2. Strain the tomato juice from tomatoes. You want the juice only not seeds or skin.
3. Add virgin, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Chop tomatoes.
5. A few minutes before serving combine tomato juice, ingredients at #3 over chopped tomatoes.
6. Toss bread with above with ingredients.
