Crispy Gau Gee

1 lb ground pork
1/2 lb shrimp raw, chopped fine
1 can water chestnuts - rinsed, drained and chopped fine
1/4 c chopped green onions
1 egg
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground five spice powder
1 Chung Choi (Chinese cabbage) - rinse and chop fine
1/4 tsp. Pepper

1-2 package won ton wrappers

Mix all ingredients except wrappers.  Fill wrapper with meat mixture—heaping teaspoon.  Wet edges of wrapper and seal wrapper.  Fold over and make rectangle.

Deep fry until golden brown at 360 degrees.  Drain on paper towels and serve hot.  Serve with mustard soy sauce or wasabi soy sauce.
