Scalloped Potatoes














1/2 onion chopped
4 potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2 c. grated cheese
Milk


Directions:  Microwave onion until limp. Peel and slice potatoes. Coat a 1-1/2 qt baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Make about 3 layers in the following order: potatoes, onion, 1/3 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c grated cheese. Add milk up to 1 inch from the top. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
