Korean Short Ribs












2 lbs. short ribs
1 cup sugar
l cup shoyu
1/2 bunch chopped green onions
3 TBSP whiskey, or sherry
3 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 ginger, grated
dash of pepper


Directions:  Soak 1 1/2 hours or more. Then grill Ribs.
