Cookie Sheet Cake

2 c. flour

1 c. water

2 c. sugar

2 eggs

1/2 tsp.

Salt

1 c walnuts

1/4 c. cocoa

1 tsp. soda
1 cube margarine

1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions: Combine flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and set aside. Boil oil, water and butter. Pour boiling mixture over dry ingredients and mix. Add eggs, walnuts. Dissolve soda in buttermilk and vanilla. Stir into batter. Batter is very thin. Pour into jelly roll pan (9x13x1/2) and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Icing

1/2 cube margarine
2 T. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 t. vanilla

1/2 box powdered sugar

Pinch of salt

Directions: Melt margarine. Add cocoa and bring to a boil. Take off heat and add vanilla, powdered sugar, and salt. Add milk as needed. Spread on cake while it is hot.
