Chicken Jibuni



1 frying chicken, cup-up
1/2 cup sake
1/2 cup mirin (rice wine)
4 TBSP sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup oil
ginger and garlic, grated


Directions: Salt and pepper chicken just a little, flour it lightly, and fry in oil till cooked. Clean frying pan. Boil remaining sauce in pan. Add fried chicken and cook until caramelized.
