Charlotte's Potato Salad



















9 potatoes
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp curry
salt
pepper
chives


Directions:  Peel potatoes and boil until soft. Let potatoes cool and then cut into small squares. Mix the remaining ingredients together then add potatoes. Serves 4.
