Strawberry Sherbet










6 cups crushed strawberries (about 4 baskets)
6 cups sugar
6 cups buttermilk
12 egg whites beaten stiff.

Directions: Combine all ingredients. Place in your ice cream freezer can. It won't mix up well as the egg whites float, but don't worry about that. It all mixes while freezing.
