Ingredients:
1 kg Greek yogurt (strained yogurt)
1 cucumber
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
3 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
2/4 bunch dill, finely chopped
7 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt - big pinch
Pepper - big pinch
Start by cutting the ends of the cucumber. Optional: peel skin of cucumber. Grate cucumber with a cheese grater - use large blades. Place inside a bowl and allow it to rest. Remove any excess liquids using cheese cloth.
Combine yogurt, garlic, white vinegar and olive oil. Mix until combined.
Combines cucumber and above mixture. Stir in salt
and pepper. Add finely chopped dill. Your tzatziki is now ready!
