Lemon Glaze


  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 or 3 zest of lemon
  • 2 or 3 freshly squeezed lemons

  • Place powdered sugar in a medium bowl; stir in lemon juice and lemon zest (glaze should be thick, yet pourable). Add more sugar or lemon juice, as necessary, to achieve desired consistency. Place on top of cake. Using chopstick, poke holes in cake. Glaze will drip into holes.
