Buttermilk Bran Muffin


 












2 cubes butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 t salt
4 eggs

1 quart buttermilk
5 t soda

5 cups flour
3 cups Kellogs Bran Buds

Cream butter, sugar, salt and eggs.  Dissolve 5 t soda into buttermilk.  Mix with flour and Bran Buds. Store in closely covered container.  Bake 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.  Keep up to 6 weeks.
