3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
2-3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Optional:
1 Tbsp sherry
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
Directions: Mix all ingredients. Marinate chicken breasts or thighs for several hours (overnight is best). Grill on the barbecue.
