Shrimp Kamaboko Tempura



3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 ice water
6 medium shrimps
1 cup water chestnuts, chopped
1/4 cup green onions
1 grated kamaboko (red/white)


Directions:  Combine dry ingredients. Add iced water and stir only to moisten the dry ingredients. Add kamaboko, chopped shrimp, water chestnuts and green onion. Drop by teaspoonfuls into heated oil (375 degrees) and fry until light brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
