2 Tbsp butter
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c chili sauce
2 Tbsp mustard
1 clove garlic
2 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp water
Directions: Combine first 6 ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and water and add to sauce. Cook until slightly thickened. Cool completely (but do not refrigerate). Marinate salmon steaks in the mixture for at least 1 hour; barbecue.
