Mochiko Chicken















2 lbs. Boneless skinless chicken (breast or thighs)
4 T. mochiko
4 T. cornstarch
4 T. sugar
5 T. soy sauce
1/2 t salt
2 eggs
1/4 c chopped green onions
2 cloves minced garlic


Directions:  Cut chicken into strips. Mix together remaining ingredients, add chicken and marinate at least 5 hours (overnight is best), Fry pieces in about 1” of oil, brown evenly on all sides until thoroughly cooked. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!
