Grilled Basque Wings

















3 large garlic cloves, chopped
8 Tbsp. lemon juice (2 lemons)
2 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
5-15 dashes Tabasco
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (basil, parsley, sage, thyme, oregano, rosemary)
20 chicken wings
Salt
Freshly cracked pepper.


Directions:  Mix the first 5 ingredients together ingredients except wings. Salt and pepper wing pieces and whip them onto a medium-hot grill. Turn occasionally until golden brown, about 5 minutes. When the wings are cooked through, add them to the bowl with the dressing and mix to thoroughly cover. Serve immediately.
