Fettuccine Alfredo















1/2 lbs. Noodles, 1/4” wide
1/4 lb Butter
1 c heavy cream
3/4 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
1/4 t freshly ground pepper

Direction:  Have a large bowl warmed and ready before you cook the noodles. Drain the cooked noodles and put them into the bowl. Quickly add remaining ingredients, tossing briskly to coat all the noodles and serve at once.  This is also good with chopped chicken.
