Cranberry Salad


A Cleek Holiday Tradition


   
2 2/3 c. cranberries
2 apples
2/3 orange, w/ rind
1 c. sugar
2 packages raspberry jello
3 1/2 c. water
Walnuts

Directions: Chop the following in a food processor very fine: cranberries, apples and orange. Dissolve jello in hot water and add sugar. Stir in fruit and nits. Put in a bowl or jello mold. Chill until set.
