1 head broccoli
1 med onion
1/2 c sliced
mushrooms
Handful of slivered almonds
1 cube butter
Directions: Cut broccoli into bit sized pieces. Sauté onion in 1/2 c butter until onions are clear and limp. Add broccoli and mushrooms plus 2 T. of butter. Sauté almonds in 2T. Butter on high heat until browned. Add almonds to vegetables and cook to desired crispness.
