Boysenberry Pie

Pie Crust











In the food processor, cut in:


1-1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup lard
1/2 tsp salt

Directions: Dump into a bowl. Add the least amount of cold water you can to stick dough together. Roll out into 2 crusts.


Filling


1 to 1-1/2 quarts boysenberries
1-1/2 cup sugar
4 Tbsp Wondra flour

Directions: Mix ingredients together and pour into bottom crust. Put on top crust & brush with milk. Bake at 425 for 35-45 minutes.
