Beef Stroganoff













1 lb. sirloin steak
3 T. cooking oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef consommé
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 c. sour cream


Directions:  Slice beef across grain into thin 1/2’ long strips. In a large skillet, heat oil; sauté beef until tender. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Stir * cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup, beef consommé, salt & pepper. Simmer on low heat 20 minutes. Remove from heat & stir in sour cream. Stir over buttered egg noodles. Serves 6.
