12 oz. blue cheese
1/2 red onion, diced
4 cloves crushed garlic
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. diced/minced cilantro
Directions: Crumble blue cheese on the boom of a dish. Mix garlic and olive oil and pour over the top of the cheese. Add onion. Mix: vinegar, lemon joice and cilantro. Pour over the top of the cheese. Chill covered for two hours.
