Spinach Dip














10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 - 8 oz. can water chestnuts (chopped)
1 -1 5/8 oz. pkg. Knorrs dry veg. soup mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 can small shrimp
1/2 cup chopped onions

Directions: Thaw spinach, place on paper towel, squeeze out water. Combine spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream and all other ingredients. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to blend flavors. Purchase whole sheepherders bread and cut a hole in the center. Put dip into center, and serve with extra bread. Crackers and bread always taste great with this dip or even veggies!
