Minestrone Soup





















Soak 1 1/2 cups red beans overnight. In the morning, bring to a boil and simmer in a large pot of water:

3 bouillon cubes
2 lb. stew meat salt
1-2 pounds soup bones
1/2 cup wine
salt
pepper
accent

After breakfast, add:

2 large onions, chopped
1/4 of a bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
4 stalks of celery, chopped
1/2 t rosemary
3/4 t fennel
2 t basil
1/2 c catsup
1 can of tomatoes

1 hour before dinner add:
2 zucchini, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 package mixed frozen vegetables

Just before you eat, add cooked spaghetti or add uncooked pasta with the vegetables.
