Crunch Top Apple Pie

















6 medium tart apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
Unbaked 10’ pastry shell
1 c sugar
1 c graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c flour
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c butter, melted

Directions: Arrange apples evenly in pastry shell. Then combine sugar, graham cracker crumbs, flour, walnuts and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Pour butter evenly over topping. Bake at 350 until crust is well browned and apples are tender when pierced, about 1 hour. Serve at room temperature.
