18 large shrimp (peeled, cleaned and butter=flied)
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Bay Leaves
1/3 cup beer
1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions: Heat a sauce pan and add butter. Add shrimp and garlic. Stir until shrimp are coated with butter. Add all other ingredients and stir to mix. Boil rapidly to reduce to half the volume. Remove bay leaves. Serve.
