Salad from Va Bene in Quebec City.



Ingredients:


Tomatoes

Red onion

Capers

Mache

Gaeta olives

Focaccia croutons

Drizzle: Balsamic vinegar of Modena

Drizzle:Virgin Olive Oil

Stracciatella cheese


Create salad with tomatoes, red onion, capers, mache, gaeta olives. Drizzle with light olive oil and vinegar. Place salad on layer of stracciatella cheese.
