Baked Potato Topping















1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c sour cream
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 T chopped green onions
3 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled


Directions:  Mix butter and sour cream. Fold in cheese, onion, and bacon. Serve at room temperature on baked potatoes. 4-6 servings.
